Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. By clicking that link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it’s in transit. Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details. City Fit Lab Rewards members can sign in to check the status of their order in their purchase history.
ORDER STATUS
Order Placed
Once you complete your purchase, your order status will appear as “Order Placed”, and you’ll receive an email with the subject line Thank You for Shopping with City Fit Lab!
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed, packed and shipped. During this time, your order status will appear as “Order Processing”
Shipped
Once your order receives a tracking number, your order status will appear as “Shipped”
Ready for Pick Up
For In-Store Pick Up orders, your status will be “Ready for Pick Up” once the store has your order ready.
Canceled
Sometimes an item is no longer available. If this happens, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Items from your City Fit Lab order have been canceled”. If your order was canceled, you won’t be charged, however you may see a pre-authorization on your card. Pre-authorizations generally drop within 7 business days, contact your banking institution for details.
